Campus&Student lifeVirtual Tour
The Research and Teaching Center is in Rozzano on the outskirts of Milan on the road leading to Pavia. It is just off the Tangenziale Ovest (Western Beltway) and can easily be reached by car from Milan. It’s also accessible from the city by public transportation.
The Humanitas Research and Teaching Center brings the universe of basic research closer to the clinical world, stimulating talented new students to give the best of themselves in an international context and within the orbit of a large general hospital. In addition to study booths and lecture rooms, the Center offers a multi-media library and an Internet point with cabled study booths. The Center is just opposite Humanitas hospital and is fully integrated with it, connected by a car and pedestrian underpass. The 20,000-square-meter structure houses 30 laboratories for 300 Italian and foreign researchers, 14 lecture rooms for 400 students from the Medicine and Surgery, Biotechnology and Nursing programs of the University of Milan. The Center also has a multi-media library, a large car park with an area for students and a 500-seat auditorium.
LodgingsUniversità degli Studi di Milano provides its students with long-term and short-term accommodation solutions, i.e. lodgings and guest rooms, which are managed both directly, through the ISU, and indirectly, through public and private bodies that have established agreements with the University.
